李扬，福建南安人，1982年毕业于北京广播学院新闻编采专业，现任职中国动漫集团党委书记。曾为中央电视台拍摄的电视连续剧《西游记》、上海美术电影制片厂的《金猴降妖》（动画片）中的孙悟空、美国动画片《米老鼠与唐老鸭》中的唐老鸭以及俄国电影《莫斯科保卫战》中的希特勒均由他配音。他表演的电影配音片段和模仿领袖人物讲话总是最受欢迎的节目之一。

Li Yang graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Institute in 1982, majoring in News Gathering and Editing. He is the famous voice of the animated film Monkey King, the Chinese voice of Hitler in the film Great Fatherland War – battle of Moscow, and the man producing the queer voice of Donald Duck in the world-famous American cartoon Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. His dubbing and unique talent in imitating famous statesmen’s voice makes popular TV shows in its own right.
